Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a rewarding, ongoing 12-hour night shift with exceptional support and compensation? Join our highly skilled, compassionate team providing 2:1 (Care Team to Client) support in a beautiful, fully equipped private home. We're seeking a dedicated LPN for an ongoing, long-term position supporting a client with a high-level spinal cord injury (trach and vent dependant). 

The Role: Ongoing Wednesday Night Shift

We are looking for a caring and experienced LPN to join our established team for a consistent, ongoing schedule:

• Ongoing Wednesday NIGHT Shifts: 20:00 to 08:00 (12 hour shift)

• Training Start Date: As soon as possible / flexible     Regular Ongoing Wednesday Schedule Start Date: December 17, 2025

• Location: Primarily West Vancouver (Year-round) with occasional travel to Langley (Seasonal; occasional summer weekends - travel subsidies provided).

• Flexibility: Option to pick up additional casual 12-hour day or 12-hour night shifts when available (coverage shifts are often regularly available to pick up)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with another LPN or RN
• Providing Direct Care, including but not limited to: 
  • Personal care
  • Skin and wound care
  • Ceiling transfers
  • Medication administration via PEG tube
  • Catheter and Ostomy care
  • Ventilator care
  • Cough assists
  • Monitoring vitals 
  • Consistent assessment and intervention

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN with a full, non-restricted BCCNM registration. Ideally, you have:

• Experience in Spinal Cord Injury or Intensive Care nursing.

• A strong interest in learning ventilator care.

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilators is a valuable asset.
